About the Strategic Partnerships Manager

The individual(s) in this role ensure our brand partners are massively successful on the Yerdle platform and that Yerdle is essential, irreplaceable, and broadly recognized within our brand partner organizations.  We are hiring for two positions, they are new roles and will report to the VP of Partnerships. Ideal locations would be San Francisco or New York, but we are open to other locations for the right candidate.



  • End to end ownership of partner relationship with Fortune 500 companies
  • Daily partner interaction and engagement management ~30% travel
  • Develop joint business and marketing plans with partners to drive growth and customer acquisition / engagement
  • Manage partner success performance metrics and measurement, inclusive of partner onboarding
  • Drive company efforts to strategically & aggressively expand and deepen our existing brand partner relationships and associated revenue
  • Execution of a partner centric approach with the main objectives of keeping partners delighted with Yerdle
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and business acumen across multiple partners at one time
  • Actively contribute to helping define priorities for Business Development, Product, and Engineering


  • Demonstrated experience initiating and expanding multiple accounts with Fortune 500 companies
  • Demonstrated experience in managing the implementation of software applications and/or providing strategic advisory services
  • Fortune 500 client facing experience
  • Ability to travel ~30%
  • Strong interpersonal skills and are comfortable communicating to senior management and business leaders in a clear and effective manner
  • Can drive cross-functional initiatives involving partners from across the business
  • Detail-oriented and able to think strategically and proactively; strong problem-solving abilities
  • Can analyze data and derive insights to drive customer acquisition and engagement marketing initiatives for our brand partners
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to isolate and focus on the most relevant assumptions
  • Self-starter with well-developed interpersonal and influencing skills

Nice to have:

  • Ecommerce experience
  • Brand or retail experience in outdoor, luxury or other market segments
  • Consulting client management experience with Fortune 100
  • SaaS experience
